Community may not have the largest audience but they are a hugely dedicated, verbal and active one. The mantra of the close-knit fandom is #sixseasonsandamovie (dedicated to a quote from Abed at the end of season 2).  This show is an example of how close a series and its fans can become with a song titled ‘Gravity’ featuring highly in a fan-made shipping vid eventually finding its way onto the show in a later episode. Community draws an interesting crowd, essentially college educated nerds. The many references the show makes to pop-culture, its fans, trending TV, movies and games has earned the series much critical acclaim. Some of popular ‘ships’ of this series include Jeff /Annie, Jeff /Britta, Troy/Britta as well as Annie/Abed. However, one of the most popular ‘ships’ of the Community fandom is Troy and Abed’s bromance.

One of the meccas of the fans is the Tumblr blog of Community’s’ creator and executive producer Dan Harmon, where they flock for news, laughs and even college and life advice.
